Para esta próxima sessão do CSI Caffé, vamos reunir toda a gente para um momento de brainstorming coletivo. Com uma surpresa! 🌳

Depois das excelentes contribuições e da energia da nossa sessão de Resoluções, queremos manter este ritmo, transformando ideias em ações. Para isso, contamos convosco, mais uma vez, para ajudar a dar vida a uma das ideias mais sugeridas: a SYSTEM Family Tree! 👀

A ideia é expandir o primeiro esboço de uma árvore em estilo genealógico que mapeia a nossa comunidade: investigadores seniores, investigadores juniores, estudantes de doutoramento e as ligações entre orientadores e as suas equipas. Pensem nisso como uma forma visual de compreender quem é quem, como estamos ligados e como a família SYSTEM continua a crescer.

Esta será uma sessão colaborativa e informal, onde todos estão convidados a contribuir, questionar e ajudar a montar o quebra-cabeças. Quer sejas novo e estejas a tentar encontrar o teu lugar na árvore, ou já estejas profundamente enraizado, a tua opinião é importante. 🌱

Espera um pouco de caos, muita discussão e, no final, (esperamos) uma imagem mais clara do nosso ecossistema SYSTEM!

🗣️ Idioma: Português e Inglês, conforme a preferência de cada um (a regra é: conforto em primeiro lugar, o resto a equipa traduzirá com gestos)

Hello, everyone 👋

For this CSI Caffé session, we’re bringing everyone together for a collective brainstorming moment. With a twist! 🌳

After the great input and energy from our Resolutions session, we want to keep that momentum going by turning ideas into action. So, we’re counting on you once again to help bring one of the most suggested ideas to life: the SYSTEM Family Tree! 👀

The idea is to expand the first draft of a genealogical-style tree that maps out our community: senior researchers, junior researcher, PhD students, and the connections between supervisors and their teams. Think of it as a visual way to understand who’s who, how we’re connected, and how the SYSTEM family keeps growing.

This will be a collaborative and informal session, where everyone is invited to contribute, question, and help piece the puzzle together. Whether you’re new and trying to find your place in the tree, or already deeply rooted, your input matters. 🌱

Expect a bit of chaos, a lot of discussion, and (hopefully) a clearer picture of our SYSTEM ecosystem by the end!

🗣️ Language: Portuguese and English, whichever each person prefers (the rule is: comfort first, the rest the team will translate with gestures)
